Peak10 is a co-located datacenter in multiple cities, including Nashville.  They offer services ranging from Cloud to fully managed servers and datacenter hosting.  I wanted to give everyone a tiny glimpse into an experience of mine sometime ago:

"I had a unique situation arise, where I needed to "move" an existing datacenter in only 2 weeks time (including telco fiber).  This was not by choice, but by force, as our current provider was putting my systems "at risk".

Not being a stranger to datacenter hosting companies, I chose Peak10 as my primary datacenter due to their locations, 24/7/365 NOC, and their willing ability to meet my difficult goal head-on.  What I didn't expect, was their exemplary focus to strong customer service.  The minute you start working with them, you notice that customer service comes first, above all else.

They go above and beyond even the most critical of expectations.  Their infrastructure team worked hard to accomplish our huge challenge in 1/3 the time that would have taken another co-lo and they fully delivered on-time, as promised. Their NOC personnel will drop whatever they are doing, to help you in a jam, including searching for tiny mounting screws or forgotten patch cords.  You can see the great teamwork between them, happen right in front of your eyes.

Our account executive worked very hard to find a cost-effective solution for us.  The Director of Ops gave me his personal business card should anything go wrong with my "move-in", and the VP/General Manager gave me a full box of Keurig coffee, "....just because he heard I liked them so much...".  You never know what gifts or "signs of appreciation" Peak10 may have in store for you.

Their network engineers are absolutely top-notch!  I have several names that I could give, but it's the Peak10 Network Team that really makes them excel above the rest, and I'm afraid I would not give someone I did not know the recognition they deserve.

There have been times, on numerous occassions, where I just needed some fast "hands-on" help.  Things like, check a status light, or power-cycle a device.  If it can be done in just a few tiny minutes, I'm always welcomed with "No problem, I can do that right now...".  Obviously, one should not take that for granted, as it's more being considerate, and not a right.  Still, it's wonderful to know it's there in a pinch.

Gourmet Keurig coffees and teas at your leisure, clean and comfortable conference rooms for your brainstorming team, and smiles await you at Peak10.  I couldn't be happier and trust Peak10 with our datacenter needs. "Out of the 4 co-located datacenter facilities that I've worked with, Peak10 is top of my list, and I look forward to seeing what more than can do for me and my responsibilities.
